Had hardly any meniscus left in either knee right was worse. Dr Pinnello cleaned and repaired. I have had 2 series of injections but before the second I had already climbed the Grand Tetons twice. Celebrated my 60th birthday swimming in the Amphitheater lake top of Grand Tetons. Not bad for a 280lb guy. Thanks Dr. Pinello for keeping these knees going.

I recently had a total knee replacement by Dr. Pinnello of Castle Orthopaedics at Rush Copley. It was an excellent experience as both Dr Pinnello and his staff are very professional and very qualified. I interviewed 4 very qualified doctors and I made the right choice. I was very well briefed by Dr. Pinnello before the surgery as he spent almost an hour with me. I religiously followed the instructions given for operation preparations and had no infections or problems. The surgery went fine and I was walking the hospital halls the same day. Pain was at a minimum. Again, the follow up visits were very professional and all was explained to my satisfaction. I give Dr. Pinnello and his staff five stars +++.

Dr. Pinnello is very approachable. He answers all of my questions fully, explains the benefits and draw backs to various types of treatment and describes the issue in critical detail to my satisfactions. His explanations are clear, concise, and complete. Finally, he gives me the information I need to make good decisions about treatment I care to pursue.

Dr Pinello is a wonderful Doctor. This was my second time seeing Dr Pinello over the course of 2 years. His concern for addressing your issues and his easy manner in delivering solutions to alleviate them really put you at ease. He's a wonderful physician.
