Dr.Lue has been my children's pediatrician since 2006. Very happy with his service. Always returns my call. Refers us to great Specialists when needed. After I give birth, he comes to the hospital and checks on my baby from day one. Staffs are great too.

We take all four of our kids to Dr. Lue since they were babies and he has always been great. He knows my kids and remembers their history. He always squeezes us in when we need an appointment. His office is easy to deal with and we never have to wait long (if at all) to see him. Overall, for the ten years we have been going there, it's been a great experience.

Hello .. This is a heartfelt request to Dr Lue .. can you please explain properly what the causes / symptoms/ remedies are and not be only interested in wrapping up the kid’s appointment.. insurance is expensive and we have come to you so that you can give us your time.. please don’t us feel bad for asking you questions .. why are you always in such a hurry ??? Can you please please listen to us .. be a bit sympathetic and empathetic and concerned ???

Excellent pediatrician. After one visit I think he spent more time with my kids than their previous pediatrician did in 4 years. Staff was very polite and helpful too.

Dr. Lue is absolutely amazing and has been my daughters doctor for years, unfortunately due to the unprofessional treatment I’ve received from the staff over the years and including today, I will be considering another Pediatric facility. Thank you Kevin for your patience, ability to calm my daughter, and compassion of care as it relates to her health. In the future, if a parent expresses any concern with you in regard to your staff, don’t immediately take the side of your employee. **Update** Received a letter dismissing my daughter from 1-2-3 Pediatrics. I am so disappointed in the Doctor, not only did he allow his employee to disrespect me and my family on several occasions, he wouldn’t even take the time to listen to anything I had to say as it relates to what took place between his employee and myself.

I took my two month old in for concerns. They were great getting her in quickly. He was very kind and answered my questions. He was also very kind and gentle with my baby. The rest of the staff was also kind and professional. Ill be keeping my kid in their care.

Dr Lue is a great doctor! He's always happy and smiling. I had to start seeing another doctor because we moved, and it wasn't the same. Wish my kids were still with going to him. Overall great guy!
