Dr. has been seeing my 2 year old since he was a new born. I've never had an issue with him, however his staff (1 in particular) the lady with half shaved hair has HORRIBLE customer service. She is completely out of line. Disrespectful and rude. She should absolutely not be working in an environment with children. I had an encounter with her, and for her to be speaking the way she was, as if i was going back and forth with a person on the street, not an employee at a pediatric clinic was unacceptable. She was so mad and disrespectful that she got up and walked out. My son was there for a follow up from the er due to a seizure the day before so for her to not show ANY kind of compassion or even kindness is a huge red flag but not shocking as this woman seems to be mad all the time. I can't even imagine the patient parents or even other staff members who have to deal with her. After reading past reviews I can see that this woman is a issue. I have requested for my sons records and we will not be back. I would not recommend bringing your sick child to a place where there is hostility!

I love Dr. Camras as a doctor. Recently moved my little one to his office. However I will say I HATE his staff. They’re very rude & unprofessional. For workers in patient care their last concern is patient care! I had an URGENT matter was given a same day appointment, showed up 15 mins early & still had to wait TWO hours before being seen because the front desk lady said “I said it was for tomorrow” when she did not. It’s unacceptable the way they conduct theirselves. I’m looking into switching doctors yet again and sadly it’s not due to the Doctor at all. It’s because of his staff.

5 Stars for Dr. Camras….2 stars for the rude woman behind the desk checking us in. No greeting us or acknowledging that I was even at the window until I tapped on the glass; new to the office too! She must have had a bad day....nope...that is the way she is...second time there and the same ordeal. Hope life gets better for her. But that wasn't stopping me from seeing Dr. Camras. I drive a good 25 minutes to see Dr. Camras because he saw our newborn in the hospital and chose him to continue her care but I am switching her to our family doctor 5 minutes from our house. Dr. Camras truly is a delight and is very gentle and good with the babies. Just know you will wait a while to be seen, but Doc will spend the same time with you when it is your appointment time so do not get aggravated at this. I will miss him and his bed side manner. He is a sweet sweet man.

Been going here for 6 years now for my oldest and now for both oldest and youngest I love this dr he is great truly care for his patients

Dr.camras is such a great doctor but the staff is very rude!

I have been at thia place 5 times with my daughter, every single time we waited at least 45min in the lobby and then another 30min in the room even though we had an appointment. Today we just left and I am looking to switch the doctor for my little one. Nurses were confusing and not very friendly. My kid had two previous pediatricians and this office needed all her medical records. I have contacted both other pediatricians and they have sent it all within a day. However, whenever I called ( 2 weeks from that day ) to set up the appointment for my little one, they kept saying they don't have the records. Every time, different record was missing, not the same one ! If I would start explaining that both files are sent most likely received, I would get the borderline hanging up the phone attitude from them, so I had to keep calling up until the point they have "found it". Take your kid someplace else if you can

DR. CAMRAS was the first to see my baby girl in the hospital immediately following her birth. I liked him so much that I chose to keep him as the pediatrician for both of my children and travel from Downers Grove to Aurora each time they needed an appointment. He is extremely knowledgeable, so kind, very gentle and sweet with the kids. He goes above and beyond ALWAYS!!!! Literally my ONLY complaint would be the rudeness of one one of his staff members. And I guarantee I’m not the only one that has had this issue w said staff member, bc I have spoken to others that agree. If you ask me, his office would have a 100% rating every time if it wasn’t for this one staff member. We recently had to change doctors after 7 years bc the commute is just too rough for me with my own my health issues, but my family and I will all miss Dr. Camras. We love u Dr. Camras!!! Thank you for everything!!!!

Dr. Camras is very patient especially since he is by himself now. He has moved to a smaller office but it's just on the other side (#6) which makes it easy to find.

I switched to dr L.Camras couple months ago , because my friend recommended him and I'm really happy of my choice. Before , I was at another pediatric in Chicago with my baby and wasn't happy at all. And I will tell you the difference between them. 1. Here if you make an appointment you can wait around 15min, but there if you are lucky you wait at least 2-3hrs. 2. At Dr Camras, if you call and ask for appointment they can give you one for the next day, but at the other ped you had to wait at least 2 weeks so she can check your baby. 3. Dr Camras is very responsible, he is everytime at his job, never missing. But the other ped which I had, you had to wait at least 2 weeks for appointment and the receptionist could call you in the day of the app telling that the ped is missing or is sick. And you have to wait another 2 weeks for another app( and this happens most of the time) 4. The receptionists are very nice, I had couple issues when switching the pediatrics and the ladies helped me solving everything. 5. Dr Camras spends the time you need with you and your baby, checking him, from head to toe. (Head, eyes, nose, ears, body etc) Not like the other pediatric which I had. In good days she could spend 5 min checking the baby. I definitely recommend him!
