Dr. Evans is an outstanding dermatologist. My youngest son sees him (probably my oldest will soon) and he understands what teens experience with skin issues, not just on the outside but emotionally as well. He is a compassionate man and definitely cares about his patients.

Cancels appointments if you run a couple minutes late. Not a lot of interest in seeing patients running a few minutes late. Guess his time is too important.

Dr. Evans was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to everything I had to say and explored different options with me from there. I've had a not so great experience with another dermatologist and Dr. Evans blew him out of the water. I would recommend going straight to him without giving any other doctor any consideration. Dryer medical dermatology is very bad in customer service. Both patient service and doctor Matt Evans are not compassionate at all. During the bad weather( 3rd day of strong wind chills and bad roads/traffic) in chicago this winter 2014/15 as a patient i have driven for 45 mins and I was late by a few minutes(5 mins) and the doctor says he cannot see me and i have to reschedule the appointment. Even I called 15 mins ahead of appointment time and told the front office about the traffic conditions and said i may be delayed by 5-10 mins and they said okay and they understood the weather. Now, when I came front office said that they have to reschedule . I requested front office to check with the doctor. They said, doctor dont want to accomodate .He was adamant and don't want to listen Very bad patient service from Dryer and this doctor . ON top of that teh front desk asks if i want to reschedule How I will ever visit this guy and this practice again .!
