I went to the office on Highland and it was terrible service. When I first walked in I was not greeted and I just stood there. After she finally noticed me she talked to me as if I was interrupting her or bothering her. I advised her of my appointment and I was about 10 minutes early. I was not attended until 30 minutes after my appointment time. This was not due to patients being attended because there was no one there other than me. The girls in the back were engaged in happy conversation about their personal lives all while I just sat there and waited. I was attended and the practitioner saw me for 5 minutes and gave me an appointment for about a month in a half out. I was supposed to get blood work and had to call for a follow up and they said they submitted it to my primary. My primary tells me that they are supposed to submit it themselves and haven't done their due diligence. I call to get an explanation I am rudely cut off and told to hold and after a few minutes they say that they don't do it. I have received better service at the VNA when I didn't have insurance than I have here at this office with insurance. Never going again.

I saw dr. Siddiq at his office in Jackson,TN in July of this year for my follow up appointment and as usual he was very professional, courteous, respectful, and compassionated in caring for me. Dr. Siddiq has been my Gastroenterologist for several years. He is a highly skilled professional in his medical expertise. Dr. Siddiq listens to me when we are discussing my health issues and treatments. I trust him, I know he will take care of me.

Very positive. Listened to me. Available for appointments in a reasonable time.

Never returned phone in a important time Of need....called several time and was told he would return call and did not....even after calling next day to question why?

He said my dad was brain dead and he wasn’t, he has no idea what he was doing.

The receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. I’ve called the office several times and they just answer hello. So at first I was confused and thought maybe I had dialed the wrong number. When asked if that was the Dr’s office rudely she replied yes. I haven’t even seen the doctor only have seen the practitioner. I had an MRI done on 12/9th and no one has called me for results. Terrible, will be calling my insurance to let them know. 😡

One star is more than they deserved. The receptionist is incredibly rude. We scheduled the appointment to see the Dr - who wasn't even there - so we got the Nurse Practitioner who came in 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. While we were told to bring a copy of the MRI disc, the NP said she didn't need the disc and proceeded to read the report we provided to her out loud. Said she could request an MRI if we wanted them to dig deeper into the problem. She had an MRI in her hand and chose not to look at it. What a joke. Run from this Dr.

I went to him worried about my tremor and the right side of my body having problems . He told me it was in my head, to get therapy , which I did ...then I was diagnosed by a real doctor with Parkinson's disease . This dr is awful. No idea how he couldn't see it
