Very satisfied with the service I need my medical card every where else need it appointment a call they said I was welcome some day just have to wait, two hours leter left there with my medical card DOT physical , good fast service every body are very professional wall organizer from receptionist to the doctors good very good service.

Very neat and clean office. Wait time was long even with an appointment. I figured they were short staffed . After about an hour and a half the receptionist informed me what was going on.The staff is very helpful and caring. Although my wait time was long I still got the care I needed. Would still recommend Physicians to everyone

Location was overflowing with clients and the wait was very long. Additionally, the water was turned off for about 30 minutes which added to the wait.

They made my injured daughter wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes before they bothered to tell me they don't accept her insurance. We headed over to Northwestern Immediate Care where we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who ask for our insurance card as soon as we sat down. Come here instead of wasting your time with receptionists too busy socializing than prioritizing injured patients. This facility provided quality care. However, the wait was definitely too long, especially when waiting room was not full to capacity.

They called me because they lost my sample. They told me they would look for it in the trash. Not sure why they called me before even looking for it. They claimed to have found it. Seems very unorganized. Staff was friendly but I would not recommend.
