I had a very similar experience as others unfortunately. The consult was a joke. I felt like she wanted me to stop talking so she could just reccomed a scope, which she promptly did. Appointment was fine, but results came in with no explanation. I had to ask what it meant and what the recommended treatment was. Got a very vague answer to just do what seems to work for me. Huh? I unfortunately would recommend looking elsewhere where you are treated like a person and not income.
I thought she was very professional. When you have a gi issue the only way to confront it is with a procedure. You cant guess. I see others' reviews talking about her wanting money for procedures.
I could not get past the nurse to schedule an appointment when I am calling for help and do not want to visit the ER. I have no idea about the doctor but the staff is horrible!
I am rating my experience with this doctor. She is by far the worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Diagnosed (wrong) me within 2 minutes of our appointment. Hardly listened to anything I said. Did not answer any of my question or address any concerns. Hardly justifies her procedure but found a way to get me to agree to it anyway by scaring me into agreeing to a colonoscopy/endoscopy which I later found out she does 30 of a week. To this doctor, you are just a dollar sign. It could not have been more apparent. From the second I walked in her one goal was to make money off of me first and whatever else comes last. I saw 3 doctors after that who all agreed her recommendation and diagnose and procedures were completely baseless. Go somewhere else!
Great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend this doctor to others.
Seems lately I have seen every specialist doctor on the whole team at Dreyer medical. I recently went for an consultation in the Gastroenterology department at Dreyer. I decided to try a different doctor this time. I am very glad I did. Doctor Arora is an attentive and knowledgeable doctor who responds quickly to any My Chart communications. Her team of nurses also respond quickly. I previously had to wait a week for any questions to be answered with my other doctor, but Dr. Arora responds very
Seems lately I have seen every specialist doctor on the whole team at Dreyer medical. Arora responds very quickly with very accurate advice. She also is aggressive about using any testing to further analyze my condition. She is also a very nice person with a sense of humor, which is a great thing when you are dealing with medical issues.
This doctor needs to work on her bedside manners. She spend no time with me before procedures, nor afterwards. I did not have a chance to ask any questions. Test results are communicated by office staff and she is unavailable for follow-up questions if the recommendations do not fit the patient (in my case weight loss was recommended although I am already very slim). She does seem to care more about phone calls and text messaging than about her patients. If it were not for the excellent nursing staff, the experience would have been really terrible. I would like to endorse a young, female doctor since there are still not enough in this profession, but in this case I would say go with one of the older guys if you can!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
