Dr Dodda wanted to send me home without an antibiotic, claiming I had a virus, after the ER nurse had told me that my white cell count was elevated meaning there was an infection somewhere. After checking with the nurse he came back in my room saying I in fact did have an infection and needed antibiotics! I was sent to the ER by my medical doctor because I had a fever of 102.8. He hadn’t checked my blood work or my urine. I asked him 3 times to write me a note for work, yet he discharged me and the nurse told me he must have forgotten to write the note. The ER nurse gave me a little card saying I could return to work after I see my primary Dr. This Dr Dodda was the most unprofessional Dr I have ever met. I was sent home from the ER with a fever of 101. I still am running a fever and will be seeing my primary Doctor tomorrow.
