Me and MY SON came in for an accident back in 2023. No notice i was sent to collections got that cleared and taken care of in 2025. Just got notice that they are trying to collect a debt on MY MINOR CHILD from the same accident. Billing department is a joke no help wont run state insurance unless you have your card even though dhs office says ALL HOSPITAL HAVE ACCESS TO RUN WITH OUT CARDS on you. Contacting cms

I’m not one to write reviews very often, neither positive or negative, but today I feel compelled to write a negative review for Rush customer service particularly around the woman I talked with about MyChart. After receiving proxy access for my 12 year old, I couldn’t find anything in MyChart so called to ask for help and see what I was doing wrong. However I was met with a rude woman who jumped right into saying I was wrong and I don’t have access to my son’s records, and that I received wrong information, assuming from the clinic because she said they give wrong information. Ultimately it took her getting someone from medical records on the phone, and me reading direct information from the Rush website on what I do in fact have access to for her to see she was wrong in jumping to conclusions and helping walk me through what really ended up being a simple request. I’ve now had too many of these experiences with rude representatives at Rush and it hurts your brand.

My 1st iron infusion was today at Copley. Huge shout out to Rachel P! She made me feel so comfortable. She was so caring, kind and attentive. She is definitely in the right field. She was so caring to all the patients when I was there. She was a ray of sunshine. I didn't even feel the IV go in. She is an expert! Great experience.

Spent everyday here this week for iron infusions and recieved better care than I could've hoped for!!! Each nurse (Shout out to Kelly, Rachel, Erika, and Kimberly) made me feel so comfortable and well cared for.
