Dr. Sayeed is an excellent and caring doctor who makes his patients his number one priority.

I really love my Dr. I can talk to.him and he listens and goes above and beyond. He is a busy man taking care of all the sick. God Bless him

Tuesday 02/15/2022 was my first and last visit to Dr. Sayeed Sitafur's office in Aurora, IL. I arrived 20 minutes early to my 1030 am appointment and was informed Dr. Sitafur had not arrived to the office yet. At 1100 am, Dr. Sitafur had still not arrived and the staff did not let me know when he would be arriving. During my wait, I overheard the front staff taking phone calls and telling patients they did not know when Dr. Sitafur would arrive. After reading other reviews, I found out Dr. Sayeed has routinely made patients wait one hour to two hours for appointments. This Doctor's complete disregard for the patient's time is completely unacceptable. It is not the way to run a medical facility. The front staff was friendly to me; however, they seemed more concerned about the pizza they were getting for lunch than finding out if Dr. Sitafur was coming into work. The chairs in the waiting were dirty; some of them had stains that could be blood or water, who knows. That was my first and last experience at that office, but you be the judge.

Dr Sayeed is a great doctor. Unfortunately his staff, especially Erika, is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with. She is very rude and unprofessional and has no business dealing with patients. She had the audacity to hang up on me when i asked her name and trying to get a message to Dr. It is no surprise the horrible reviews on here. It will be nice when i talk to Dr Sayeed and let him know his staff, ERIKA, is hurting his business. Hope he gets better staff, I am currently in search of a new doctor for my mother.

20 years ago he saved my life if you honest with him sayeed is the best doctor around

Dr. Sayeed saved my life... I had really bad throat and lung infection, with very high fever, diarrhea for 3 weeks, really bad chills. All the symptoms of Covid 19 before it was even mainstream, back in Jan 2020. I was unable to even walk out of bed, so my brother got me a prescription from him for antibiotics. I did the full course but still was not feeling better. So I asked him to write another prescription for antibiotics. First he gave me Azithromycine aka Z pack which didn't help much, then he prescribed Amoxicillin which did the trick along with steroid based fluticasone Propionate nasal spray. I am very grateful for his help and knowledge 🙏

Well any doctor you see you have to wait sayeed has served my family for years he he saved my life years ago and for that I loyal he very respectful if you tell him the sayeed has mom my which alive because sayeed was there for her sayeed is also helping my older sister people they show up to his office and demand medication some are very rude to him sayeed sets there and takes the abuse to me sayeed is the best

Keeps prescribing Adderall to my father who has substance abuse and abuses said Adderall. Improper evaluation and extreme stressor upon my family and Grandmother. Grandmother has warned doctor of severe/negative side effects and yet this doctor still refills the prescription despite our pleads. If I could, I’d rate Dr. Sayeed a 0/5 stars. Terrible, please do something.

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been too. The front staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional to the point of hanging up on me when trying to confirm my medications and pharmacy. I needed a refill on my inhaler and blood thinners two medications that i depend on one to breathe and another to not get blood clots. While trying to confirm these things one of the front staff Erica was very rude and then proceeded to hang up and me and then not answer when I called back. I also have had them just pick up the receiver and hang it up. Just unbelievable staff. I worry for the elderly people who have to deal with them because i am sure there matters are even more pertinent and I am sure the staff does not act in that manner. If I was able to rate it no stars I would as this place is not worthy of even one star. Although the Dr and nurse practitioners are of help their efforts are in vain with an unprofessional staff. UPDATE I meant with the nurse practitioner not sure what her name was but she was so wonderful and so professional as well as the intern they had there just a wonderful job it's sad that two completely unprofessional women in the front reception area can ruin the experience and take away from the wonderful services they provided

Dr. Sayeed is an exceptional doctor! Always on time and explains everything in detail. I have never been to doctor like this before.
