Call office to get a prescription refill and the nurse line never answers. I explained this to reception 2 times they just put me back to nurse line and no answer. I called on Friday and office was suppose to be open according to message and no one there. Here it is Monday Ridiculous, what gives? Poor office help.

Dr. Zaidi was pleasant but was not honest in providing me all of the details about a suggested procedure at my visit. However, after reading the medical notes in my chart I found that there was a great risk to the procedure which could include death. In addition, there was not a complete physical exam performed but in the medical notes, there was information noted as if a physical exam was performed. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit. I will be looking for another physician to perform my colonoscopy and endoscopy if I decide to go through with the latter.
