I am an old school nurse and have trained and worked with the best and the worst Doctors. Dr. Heidenry is among the best ever!! She explains and reassures and tells you what is going on. She is smart and able to communicate if you are able to listen and process. I am soooo grateful to have her as one of my special Doctors! Salute!!!

DR. H's bedside manner is wonderful! She does seem to go out of her way to make you feel comfortable, and she makes extra visits to see you while in the hospital. She also seems to know her stuff! I question the "customer service" follow-through of her front office staff at the Batavia office. Messages never seem to get to her or her nurse. Additionally "to dos" never seem to be completed 100%. For example 7 out of 8 scripts called in, but missed one. This has happened on several occasions.
