I mainly book my appointments at the Barrington location but all their locations are fantastic .From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and at ease. Bad experience had a medical issue paid up front for my first time session and called them within a week to cancel what I had paid due to becoming sick from getting the cool sculpting done. The office manager sent me a recepit a sent to care credit. Nancy Office Manager i asked her to cancel the amount with care credit she has not done instead billed me for the sessions I havent done and never reached out to care credit to rectify this matter. Even though thy original recepit I have shows the initial payment for the one session I had. Fraud company. Bad customer service
