When I had to have emergency surgery while I was at my father’s house from out of town, I was extremely fortunate to have been Dr. Cheregi’s patient. He had treated my father the previous year at Good Shepherd Hospital and I was extremely impressed with the care of my father received. When I learned that Dr. Cheregi would be my surgeon for the procedure, I immediately decided that I did not want to return home to have the surgery done. Because of my prior experience with Dr. Cheregi I trusted him implicitly, and knew that he would be the best doctor I could choose. The surgery went beautifully as did my postop appointment at Dr. Cheregi’s office. He has been attentive, informed, and supportive at every stage of the process. He gave me a thorough understanding of what the surgery entailed and what to expect during the postoperative period. Dr. Cheregi is so warm and personable; he really cares about all of his patients. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing surgery. Great doctor!

I am extremely satisfied with the process of my bariatric surgery with Dr. Cheregi. Kiersten was always informative and I was kept in the loop. Dr Cheregi was honest and didn't leave anything out of the process. It was a great experience. I wish all Physician offices would operate this way.

Dr. Cheregi is THE BEST. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Cares very much about his patients. My experience with Dr. Cheregi from pre-op to post op was excellent and outstanding!! I would highly recommend!!

My experience with Dr. Cheregi, his office staff, and the surgical procedure, has been outstanding. All of the information was presented clearly, concisely, and every question that I had was answered. Dr. Cheregi doesn't rubber stamp, either. He takes the time to understand your situation, motivation, challenges, and goals. That sets him apart from many doctors and is one of the many reasons that I would recommend him without reservation.

Dr advised a procedure that would make me have medication that I’m highly allergic to

I was told he would not replace a non working port, but rather I should go under IR (with IVP Dye) which I’m highly allergic to, to see, what’s blocking my port and if maybe IR can fix it. Note*. Dr knew I was allergic to the Dye.

Dr Cheregi has a great approach to his patients. From the minute we met him, my wife and I felt comfortable and we knew we were in great hands. I felt very well prepared for surgery. Dr Cheregi’s assistant, Kiersten was easy to reach and always willing to get answers for me. I like the daily check ins post op. I don’t feel like I’m out here on my own, I can ask a question and get an answer in a very timely fashion.
