This review is long overdue! I've been seeing Elena for over two years now, and she has truly been a godsend. When it comes to skincare, she takes the time to understand my concerns and provides thoughtful, personalized recommendations—never pushing products, but genuinely wanting to help. I get monthly Hydrafacials from her, and thanks to her expertise, I’ve been able to keep my skin clear without needing acne medication. I’ve also undergone laser hair removal at Nova, and the experience has been fantastic. Elena ensures you’re comfortable every step of the way, clearly explains pre- and post-care, and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made! Elena, thank you for the incredible work you do. And to anyone considering Nova Medical Spa—you won’t regret it. It’s an amazing place with top-notch care!

I have been going to Elena for almost two years- and I’m so thankful I found her! The space itself is beautiful and so cozy, it allows you to fully relax when you get your treatment done. She really takes time to look at your skin and get to know you, which I appreciate. I have never had any discomfort and I truly feel like my skin is taken care of when I leave. My skin is always glowing and it has looked more youthful & radiant than it did before I was regularly getting facials. The membership is such a great deal considering the quality of products, service you receive, and the luxe aesthetics. I have no complaints and look forward to my appointment every month :)

I am beyond satisfied with my experience. I’ve been visiting the spa for laser treatments, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. A wonderful experience. Elena is very good at what she does. Explains everything she is doing. Had a facial and microblading today. Very pleased. Spa is very nice, clean and even has a fireplace in one of the rooms. You need to try won’t be disappointed.
