State of the art facility and a top notch experience from start to finish. Reception inviting and kind. If Botox is what you're looking for, Acacia is your girl to see. She is extremely educated in the process -consults and explains what muscles are treated to obtain the improvements you're striving for. Erin the medical assistant is an asset to the staff. Can't wait to return.

Informative and professional

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the experience of the staff. I believe that the doctors and nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and extremely caring.

They accepted me last minute after my original location cancelled my appointment an hour before. When I walked in, they greeted me and acknowledged it was my first time. The doctor and nurse were very kind and helped me feel comfortable the whole time. They explained things very clearly to me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the information upon leaving. I am honestly glad my appointment got switched so I could meet this wonderful team!

Saw Dr. Patel for annual full body mole check. She was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Been a patient for many years and could not be happier with Pinnacle.

Well known. Great experience

First of all, I’m sorry if this review is long, but I have a lot to say and a few people to mention. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I called at about 4:00 yesterday, and was put on t schedule for an appointment at 5:30. Unheard of and I am so grateful for this. I got there, and the person at reception was so kind and welcoming. I was called back by a very gentle nurse only a few minutes after arriving. She was very nice and helped me out. I came in to get a mole removed that was bothering me for some time and was a massive blow to my confidence and a huge insecurity. I was seen by Dr. Patel. Incredibly professional and lovely woman. I expressed how embarrassed I was and she made me feel very comfortable before starting the procedure and made sure I was absolutely certain I wanted to go through with it. She had me in her best interest the entire time. I do have a bit of white coat syndrome, my nerves always get the best of me when I’m in a medical setting. She took an extra step to make me feel so comfortable, she called in another nurse (I feel terrible I forgot her name, very kind blonde woman with glasses) for the sole purpose of talking to me as a distraction. I am so terribly sorry that I may have been difficult due to being so nervous. But I am so deeply grateful for the care I received and the extra effort put forth. I have so much respect for Dr. Patel and the kind nurse that accompanied her and distracted me. The nurse that called me into the room also stayed there. All three of them really made that the best possible experience for me. I am so overjoyed with the result, they have removed my biggest insecurity and I now have an overwhelming sense of confidence I never had before. There aren’t enough words to describe what they did for me that was all around an amazing experience from the time I was greeted at the door to the time I left. My insurance covered it 100% with no copay and that is another gratitude I must express. I will go nowhere else and I will request Dr. Patel and the nurses that assisted her next time I go. I went home to my wife and shed a tear. I can’t even begin to describe how insecure this mole made me feel. Leaving a google review is not nearly enough but it’s all I can do. I was sweaty and dirty from work and I probably didn’t smell the best either, I felt very out of place as this is a very high end establishment, but I was so welcomed regardless and nobody payed any mind to me not having freshened up before coming and that made me feel so much better. Please I beg you to tell Dr. Patel and the nurses about my review, I want them to see it. You guys are amazing and what you have done for me goes far beyond words. I have been telling everyone and will recommend you highly to everyone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for restoring my confidence.
