David M. Schwartz's Online Review Report Card

I made the biggest mistake of my life when I came to this office. We could change everything if I chose another doctor and didn't believe Dr. David Schwartz 3 years ago or if he noticed our problem in time and told us how to treat it. I asked him many times to double check it and give us a referral to a specialist, but he just smiled and said that everything is fine and everything will be perfect and he said "I promise, Mama! Don't worry too much about it! Do you trust me?". And I believed him. I'm a mom for the first time and I haven't had any experience, so I was hoping that Dr. David would give us some good advice, but he didn't notice the obvious problem when my girl was a newborn. Now my princess is 3 years old and we saw a specialist (the referral was given to us by another doctor) and nothing can be changed and I am very sad about it. My heart breaks because of the pain - it's too late to do anything. It remains just to live and hope for best.

Unfriendly and unprofessional doctor. My daughter's was crying and was scared, instead of comforting her or getting check up done with parents help, he walked out and told us not to talk or help..

Dr. Elie Schwartz is amazing. He is very intuitive, listens, and you can just feel that he cares. Since Dr. Elie is so good, he's often busy and you might have to meet with this Father, Dr. David Schwartz. My encounters with his dad haven't been so pleasant. He has written both my wife and I off, when it came to voicing concerns about my child. We have occupational therapists come out to see my child, and they have even voiced their concern about Dr. David, claiming he used to be a great doctor, but it would probably be better that he retire, since he writes so many parents concerns off. I normally wouldn't write a review, but my last encounter with Dr. David just made my blood boil. After a visit on a Saturday, he advised he would follow up with me about my child's blood results by Monday, knowing we never got the first set of results almost a year ago. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur. rolls by, and I had to initiate the call. You know you'd figure no news is good news, but I had to make sure. We get a call from a nurse, not the doctor, and it turns out my child ends up having a blood disorder.... Thanks for the call back doc. I get no follow up to explain the severity of the issue, no recommendations who to see, or what to do.

Have been taking my kids here for 15years. They are so great and show they really care for their families. I couldn't ask for a better dr.

Doctor David jest bardzo przyjazny, uśmiechnięty, miły, żartuje z dziećmi które go lubią czego nie można powiedzieć o paniach w okienku na froncie 😟 ostatnio byliśmy tam z dwójką dzieci i dzieci prosiły 2 razy o lizaka ale Pani udawała, że nie słyszy w końcu ja poprosiłam i z dziwną miną wyciągła jednego z szuflady....nie rozumie dlaczego?

Dr. Eli Schwartz spend about 15 minutes assessing child's issues and he basically diagnosed my child with ADD, in front of him which I did not agree with. Very arrogant and condescending doctor that puts little to no value into a parent's opinion of their own child and pulls the trigger on prescribing medication way to easily. A very lazy approach to solving a problem and treating each patient as an individual. The women that run the front desk are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They can barely speak and understand English and they have a terrible attitude.

I love Dr Dave and Ellie. We have been with them for the past 4 years. I do not like the office staff very much. The only reason we have stayed is because of the doctors.

I love Schwartz Pediatrics. They are always very nice and make my kids feel comfortable. I recommend them to all my friends.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!! I HATE the office team here! Especially Marie or Maria I think she is racist! I have a issue with her every time I call and I have seen other black parents have issues with her as well at the office! She is horrible!!! Doesn't answer my questions just put me on hold then hang up! numerous of times!! I tried to complain to their office manager but I never got to speak to her...either she is not in or "too busy". Honestly this whole office act like they are "too busy" when I barely see patients when I come in. They never have any availability when you need it or when your child is sick!! My daughter has not been seen yet and she has been 2 since March (ITS THE END OF MAY NOW)and I have been trying to get her in on the days I can call off I call days in advance but still have not been seen. This office sucks! Every time Im in the office you would think its busy the way they make their self seem but there is either always no kids or only 1 other child in when we come in. I was trying to get all my kids transferred here but how unprofessional they are that didn't happen. I was getting all my kids paperwork switched over because only my youngest was going here and I was trying to get all kids at 1 doctor. So they kept saying they never received the fax with my kids paperwork. The old doc sent paperwork over 3 times by fax!!! I had the old doctor call them while I was on the line they told them they received it and would be able to use for my kids appointment. I thought everything was all set. Nope!! They told me again they never received the paperwork and the day I had took off work to get them to the doctor they told me they couldn't be seen!! what the heck!! I take off work and THOUGHT I was all set just to find out they were playing with me I felt like! And one of my sons really needed to be seen!! Moral of story this staff care more about their pay check then child's health! SIDE NOTE: There is 1 nice lady here...Never got her name but she is sweet and sounds on the younger side. She is the only one who ever helped me! She has black or dark brown hair, Mexican decent and sits at the front desk. Not the heavy set one!!! She is on the smaller side. I hope this review helps you out before you decide to pick this office. :-) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS OFFICE!!!! HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!!!!!!

This office has been great for my son. They care about their patients and those are the kind of doctors and nurses you want taking care of your children.
