Walter Beusse's Online Review Report Card

Recently moved into the neighborhood and was looking for a permanent physician to go to for physicals and medical issues. I set up an appointment for this doctor since his practice is 5 minutes away from my home and ended up waiting for 2 hours over my scheduled appointment for just a 10 - 15 minute consultation. When I expressed that this waiting process was a bit unprofessional to the doctor he expressed no acknowledgement nor apology for my wasted time. Then the whole consultation proceeded to seem like I was a inconvenience to his schedule and acted like I shouldn’t have been there in the first place. Felt like it could be because of my younger age that he didn’t take me seriously.. I understand people have their bad days, but I’ve never had an awkward and uncaring experience like that with a medical professional.

Nice personality but often requests never ending tests you the patient end up paying for. Seems too focused on profits and not enough on the patients long term overall health and welfare. Not open to any discussion of newer, alternative medicine techniques. But fun guy to chat with lol.

He does not keep him appointment times. He runs 1hour behind! If you leave he charges you! Horrible business practices! A nice guy, however these are rip off practices!

He missed diagnosed my medical condition and said it would clear up in 7days and gave me the wrong medince, but to the wrong diagnosed it got worse, and He has poor bed side manner I will never go to hamilton memorial hospital again.

You're often in the waiting room for a while (he runs late very frequently), but once Dr. Beusse is in the examining room with you, he will not rush you and will spend lots of time with you. He is very thorough and, for me, the wait time is worth it.

I have been going to Doctor Beusse for several years now. His office staff are always caring and very helpful. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Beusse.

Great at diagnosing problems. Longer wait times. Friendly staff. Clean place. Refused to answer a very basic question and said I will only answer that question if you make an appointment for a physical. Really? I asked our neighbor also a doctor about that. He couldn't believe it. Said that's unacceptable and I should find another doctor. I referred an acquaintance to him. Their personalities clashed. Warned this person about stretching out appointments but said he was good at what he did. I felt bad. The acquaintance never returned. Again he is a good doctor, but his creative appointment making strategies outweighed his caring for a patient. Crossed the line. Needs to be more secure about returning business than to resort to stretching (thinning) out visits to gain more business.

Dr Beusse is a very caring and thorough doctor. I had to wait a bit but the wait was worth it. He spent alot of time with me and really listened to me. I never felt rushed and he spent alot of time on prevention. His follow up was timely and I felt he really cared about me. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

It seemed like Dr Beusse was always interested in jacking up the billing by running tests, including tests you are responsible for paying, and prescibing lots of drugs. A nice enough person but I question his motivations.

Dr. Beusse is one of the most caring, compassionate, and educated physicians that I have ever come across. His knowledge is unsurpassed by other doctors and you can tell by speaking with him that he truly cares about his patients. My family has been seeing him for over 10 years now and would trust none other.
