Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Lance Hammon, the director of this Athletico location, is outstanding. My doctor said “Lance is the best” and she was right. I made excellent progress in my PT at this location with Lance’s supervision and his staff of Allie, Bonnie, Crystal and Abram. Lance and his crew are pleasantly tough and personable. I have had PT in a couple other PT facilities I past years. This is the location that helped me achieve our mutual goals. It is an exceptional group of PT professionals.

Lance and his team are amazing. When I arrived I could barely walk due to pain from my left ankle and subsequent guarded shin and calf pain. They taught me how to strengthen and relax the muscles that held that area hostage. Thanks Lance and Team! Angelia

It's been a month since my last visit. I feel great because of everyone at this facility, the knowledge, excercises & compassion is 5 stars. If I ever notice a physical problem with my shoulder, knee etc. This is my go to place. Thank you!!

So thankful for Athletico in Batavia! Everyone there was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and worked specially with me to meet my specific goals. The facilities are clean and the environment is friendly. Would highly recommend!!

At Athletico, physical therapy in Batavia was my second time doing physiotherapy, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bonnie Buena was an excellent physical therapist. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, affectionate, and fun to work with; I enjoyed going to every session and was progressing. Although I can't accomplish things due to my foot and lower spine pain, like burning and swelling, Bonnie gave me my life back. Bonnie and her PT aides, primarily Charles and Abram, put me back where I wanted to be physically, and I gained much knowledge along the way. In addition, Ali Sharif, the Patient Experience Coordinator, was exemplary in his profession and helped me effortlessly manage my appointments. This facility is the best location, and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much to all of you. May God bless you all.

The staff here is friendly and I have no beef with them other than a problem or two with charging the copay to my credit card. The problem, and it's a big one, is the ethics of the corporate office who billed me for money not owed after my therapy sessions this past spring and again this fall. The billing was corrected after my phone calls but the consistency of the over billing is very suspect. If you don't have the time monitor the financial side carefully, I'd stay away.

Haven’t had a more comprehensive and more thoughtful physical therapy experience than with Lance and his team. A very well-coordinated, organized, specialized approach. I’ve experienced other therapy programs that systemically only “go through the motions,” but things were vastly different here. Excellent work. Would highly recommend and I don’t plan to work with any therapists other than Lance in the future.

I visited Atletico Batavia over a period of about 3 months. Best PT experience I have ever had, working with Bonnie to relieve my neck and shoulder issues. The whole team there are professional, friendly and caring.

The people are awesome to work with and really care. They are patient and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing PT.
