Doctors are very friendly and nurses are incredible. The front staff is efficient and usually matches your energy. All over good atmosphere, even if you’re like me and get white coat hypertension (nervous for no reason around doctors).

Dr. Bernhard has always been polite and professional to me. I'm at ease when I come in for appointments, and enjoy talking with him. He is willing to listen and discuss my concerns.

My young friend with a disability has to go to Fox Valley Medical Center because she doesn't drive or have a car. She wants to write this review but doesn't have another treatment center to go to and is afraid that they will drop her. She has been given Dr. Bernhard as her primary care doctor there. He treats her rudely when she asks questions or writes down what he says and makes her cry. Twice now he has misdiagnosed what was wrong with her eyes and given her no medication so today she got someone to take her to Urgent Care. There she found out that she has a full blown infection in both eyes and got medication for them. Dr. Bernhard also questioned the diagnoses from the hospital emergency department who found from their tests that she has bronchitis. This man is a complete and utter quack and should not be practicing!!!

I love Dr Barnhart. And who doesn't love an older, gruff nurse? They took great care of my mother...and now I go to him. Very compassionate

This is about Dr Bernhard, not his staff. Dr B has always been a great doctor who tells his patients in a nice way what they need to do - period. He's a 'straight shooter' which Ive always appreciated. Thanks Dr B!

The nurses and receptionists are extremely unpleasant and not up to date on current shot requirements for school children. My son had to miss the first day of school because the nurse said he didn't need a particular shot. I showed her on the school form where it stated it was needed and she still refused to give it to him! Additionally, I scheduled an appointment for my other son requesting a Saturday and the receptionist scheduled it AND THE OFFICE WASN'T EVEN OPEN THAT DAY. DO NOT GO THIS OFFICE MULTIPLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES .I am switching docotors. If I could give them no stars I would.

I have been under the care of Mark Bernhard for 20 years. in that time I have been misdiagnosised twice for my care and once for my son. Also his staff are the most rude people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The never return calls and when you do speak with them they are very rude and make you feel like you are nothing but a bother to them. At one point he cared for my entir family who have for years told me to get another Dr. My children are all grown now and None of them chose to stay with Dr. Bernhard even though they are all still local. He and his staff are the worst.
