had been going to this office for years for several skin treatments. none worked, and instead of guiding me to explore other options, they continued to suggest the same treatments that hadn't worked. it wasn't until i finally left the practice had anything worked well. felt that they didn't really care about me getting better, just wanted to keep receiving my visits. wish they had been more helpful with other options, and didn't shoot me down when i had suggested others. leaving the practice and finding other offices was my best option.

I have been seeing Dr Horton for a little over a year now, On a recent follow up she found another Basal cell on my face that I didn't notice myself. It was a good thing she caught it, it was fairly large under the skin. She got it all and I am impressed with Dr. Horton and her team they are all kind,caring and efficient!!! You can feel the love they have for thier patients and each other. You can tell they enjoy working together and they love thier work. Thank you all for the great care you provided me.Tom A. Burke

Dr. Horton is a true expert. Everything about the visit was superior. I was diagnosed with skin cancer and had surgery here. Truly an efficient, professional experience. I felt very taken care of.

Absolute best dermatologist in the nation. Dr Horton is a true expert. She is very good at what she does. I had Mohs surgery here and the whole process was exceptional. Wonderful staff . I was put at ease and well taken care of.

First they have been transfering our appointment a couple of times. At the day of appoinment I arrived 5 minutes late after driving to their office for 40 minutes. They did not accept me saying it is too late! I characterize it as very bad manners and unprofessional approach. Will never visit them again.

I've been going to Dr. Horton for over 10 years. She's great! However, steer clear of her PA, Purvi. She's extremely aggressive and wants to biopsy every little thing you have. Dr. Horton was never like this. Many of the reviews that I have read said the same thing. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one that agrees that Purvi is out to scalp her patients.

I have been to other dermatologist, none of them compare to Doctor Horton and her staff. I was referred to Dr. Horton from my GP for a Basil cell Carcinoma removal. As a surgeon, Dr Horton simply put, is an artist! The efficiency of the entire operation has to be the best I've encountered in the medical field. They handle each patient in a dignified and respectful manner as well. I continue to see Dr Horton on an annual basis for their thorough follow up exams. I also highly recommend their excellent, reasonably priced cosmetic services for those unsightly moles and harmless skin growths. Highly recommended!

Extremely disappointed with the overall service. This was my first appointment and I came in for a few different matters. I arrived 15 minutes early since I was a new patient, all paperwork and check-in was done prior. I waited 15 minutes past check-in time to even go into the office due to covid. No one at the front said welcome or anything. Once I was in the room I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the doctor to word vomit everything that didn't apply to me. Being in the service industry, it's so important to hear your clients and tailor your solution to their needs. I felt the doctor didn't hear what I was actually here for but rather went through their repeated pitch. Everything that I was told was extremely discouraging and was told that the only solution for me was surgery, birth control pill and steroid creams. I've had acne for 10+ so I've been through this before I was reluctant to come in and was very dissatisfied with the experience. I currently am waiting again to be seen by the main doctor, which was long enough for me to write this post. Needless to say, I will not be returning and encourage other to do their research before visiting.

I highly recommend Dr. Horton, extremely through and deft with her surgical skills. Dr. Horton did a procedure on my temple area and sutured it as invisibly as any plastic surgeon could. She's the BEST.
