Dr. Engeljohn delivered our daughter via C-section last week when she surprised us and arrived early. He made us feel comfortable, was knowledgeable, and even made a point to stop by my room when I landed back in the hospital. Cannot sing his praises enough, had a great experience with him, and he seems like a very genuine guy who really cares about his patients.

For the last 9 years he has always been wonderful. His nurse and MA are amazing too! He had delivered both of my boys, and If it wouldn't have been for Dr. E my youngest son wouldn't even be here with us. His genuine concern for not only me as a patient, but my baby is what saved his life. I forever will be grateful for that!

Overall a great staff and my Doctor Engeljohn has been great from Day #1 to me also listen to my drama Felt my pain tears through our pregAncy in 2010??...all been said go see this staff in BELLEVILLE ??

I just had my first visit with Dr. Engeljohn in the last few weeks after being told about him from my MIL in 2018. He wasn’t really available for my first pregnancy and I didn’t try for my second. This time around, I decided to make an appointment. My first impression of him gave me a weird vibe. Not that he is weird.. but that there was just something about him I didn’t like. I received a pap smear from him and his nurse (Natalie is great), and he was shocked I never received one before my first pregnancy in 2018 (I was 25 at the time). He said I should have started at 21.. but oops. Not that big of a deal to me but he made it seem like I was in the wrong for not getting one when I turned 21. There was a couple of other things that rubbed me the wrong way, but overall, he seems like he knows what he’s doing and I think I’m gonna stick with him due to his years of experience and the reviews he has. I’m not pregnant yet, but I hope I have a good experience when that time comes.

Best Doctor Everrrr!!!😍 Deliver two of my pregnancy and saved my life with the last birth. During me Having a C-section my cervix wouldn’t tighten back up as an snap back. Thank god for my Doctor Engeljohn🙏🏾 They said I will need a hysterectomy but Dr. Engeljohn thought quick as I was hemorrhaging and tied a stitch around my cervix and I’m here today and my son is 5 years old. and there was no hysterectomy needed only blood transfusion

I’ve been coming here for years and this is quite honestly the best office in St Clair with regards to friendliness, short wait times, followups and even billing. Love the patient portal, where you get information regarding your appointments much faster.

Very good Obgyn. Been seeing him for 8 years now. I have no complaints... Love that fact, he explains everything and answers all my address all my concern. Love his Asst. Natalie as well.
