This place is completely unprofessional! I was told I would have a phone session which took 2 months to get. They sent me ZERO notices about it. I called and called 30 minutes before the session to confirm and they would not answer the phone. They finally called me 40 minutes after the session was supposed to start and told me I missed it. They insisted it was to be an in person session. The receptionist was snippy and told me they wouldn't get me in for 3 months. I declined and went with someone else. The next day they called and tried to get my appointment set up. I told them I was highly dissatisfied with them and the receptionist hung up on me. DO NOT GOBTO THIS FACILITY!!!!

A loved one sees Dr Aregood or did. Did talk to them briefly, then to me. Doesn’t do any kind of counseling, just medication management. Brushed me off when I brought up two diagnoses that my loved one was showing symptoms of. Is good about trying different meds; but pushy on some of them. As she’s only there two days a week it’s hard to get an appointment that fits my schedule.
