I have been a patient at this office for over 5 yrs. They have been at least an hour late for every appt I have ever had. I have waited up to 2 1/2 hrs to be seen. When they call you back, you may sit in the exam room waiting up to another hour. And the desk staff are some of the unhappiest I have ever seen. Telephone interactions with these staff can border on hateful. The doctors are very nice, but it doesn’t make up for the waiting.

Wait times are very high; I typically wait 1-2 hours to see her. She listens to my symptoms, but often discounts my statements. I have to self-advocate and demand testing. She missed my plantar fasciitis saying was due to my weight. She missed low iron stating I shouldn't have symptoms, but when the labs came in-I needed an iron supplement. She missed diagnosed my PCOS. Dismissed my husbands' pain as getting older. He is pain free after receiving treatment from another provider.

I've been going to Dr. Agne for over 20 years. She has a great bedside manner, listens to her patients and addresses concerns. Highly recommend.

Dr. Agne seems to have a good "bedside manner." However, she overbooks/double books appts. at 10 minute intervals. Not giving the patient enough time to explain "all" they may want to or her not taking the time to thoroughly explain a diagnosis to a patient. Some people just do what the doc says and take what meds they give, but others may want to be interactive in their own plan of care. She seems to be "burnt out." These docs also stopped seeing pts. in the hospital. They don't go to ANY hosp.

In the few years I have been seeing her she has always dismissed my pain and concerns no matter what it is about. She has always been rude and snobby whenever I go in, saying there's nothing wrong then she would have her nurses call a week later saying I did have something wrong. Her nurses are great, if only she was. I would not recommend her to anyone unless they are looking to waste hours in her waiting room to be told nothing is ever wrong with you.

Dr. Agne has been my doctor for 21 years. She is kind compassionate caring and really listens to you. I wouldn't trade her for any doctor in the world.

Dr. Agne was recommended to me over 20 years ago, and I've been going to her ever since. She was the doctor for our children as well. She's pretty awesome. Wait time to see her stinks, but I wouldn't trust anybody else.

Don't make an appointment if you have something to do in the following three hours. The wait time has always been over 45 minutes for me and often it takes two hours at the office until I get out of the door
