I arrived at lab for blood work at around 3:45 on 8/11/23 Sherrie, Latonia, Kyla were the absolute best staff I have encountered. They assisted me with check-in , very upbeat , pleasant , approachable, and very professional. I have nothing but a huge Kudos to these ladies. Thanks for all your help today , you are all truly the BEST !!! Shout out to Darianna also , I am a hard stick and she did a fantastic job obtaining my sample !!

My 80 year old mother sat in the ER for over 9 hours, HOW did our health care system get this bad?! Why would anyone allow this to even happen? If is a very sad day when a hospital does not even care anymore. We had to take her to NON BJC hospital to get the care she needed. Why are all the replies about the reviews the same? Nothing is being done to fix this issue.

came to the ER and waited 4 hrs to be rushed & ignored. they didn't xray the correct part of my body where i said i felt pain. when i asked the doctor if she could see the area i was describing, she seemed irritated & said the area i was describing was "too large". no explanation, just ready to fill out my discharge papers & send me on my way. the room was dirty, a hair on my mattress before i even touched it. trash on the floor. my screen started beeping & turning orange and yellow twice & no one checked on me. it happened while the doctor was in the room & she literally said "thats not yours" & walked out. when the nurse removed my blood pressure reader, she threw it on the floor and didnt pick it up like she always did that. very unsanitary. bathrooms were dirty too. would not recommend. the one star is for the free wifi & charging station. check in nurse ladies were sweet.

I went in by ambulance for extreme throat swelling , I could barely talk I couldn't breathe properly, they sent me into the waiting room for two hours then they took me back and did a test and told me I'd be waiting another two hours in THE WAITING ROOM before they'd even consider getting me into a room. So I left, I am currently on my way to urgent care because it's significantly worse, Belleville told me to wait it out and it'll get better, I can't talk, swallow, eat, or even breath properly now.

Been sitting in waiting room with a crushed foot (literally) for an hour crying and in agony. They seriously just don't care.

When they can't figure out what is wrong with you they start a disturbance and push you out even during a seizure or heart attack. I almost died because of negligence and them not giving me my prescribed medication. Go to St Louis! Don't let them kill who you love.
