Wasn't able to get a visit. Made an online request 2 days ago, received an email stating I would receive a call within 1 business day. Never received a call or email response after I sent a FOLLOW UP email as well as calling in and never getting to speak to anyone.

Dr hilaly is a terrific doctor. She takes time to listen and hear your problems. He nurse practitioner Christina is also amazing if you need a doctor I definitely would suggest this doctor and her np. They are amazing I cannot stress that enough they go way above to keep us healthy. Hope they continue to accept meridian. Because I will stay with them as long as I can.

Dr. Hilaly is great but I can’t ever get ahold of anybody in the office. Anytime I need my prescription filled it takes a week at least. I’m only writing this review because I can’t find any other way to contact the office.

I moved to a new area and scheduled my first visit to this office. I arrived to check in and was told that my appointment had been cancelled. However they had not informed me of this. I took time off of work and showed up to an appointment that they had cancelled. The front desk person didn't apologize for my inconvenience and just asked me if I would like to reschedule. I would steer clear.

Dr. Mannan-Hilaly is a wonderful doctor. However I’ve never experienced a more poorly run office in my life. Getting someone on the phone in that office is next to impossible. With so many doctors in that office I find it hard to believe you don’t bring in enough revenue to staff properly. Hire more people!
