If I could give zero stars, I would. While my niece and nephew love the doctor herself, the office staff play around with the health of little kids too much. A sick visit will take you over a week to get in, so get used to going to urgicare whenever your kid is sick unless you want them off school for a week or more waiting to see their doctor. But that's if they will even see you. My nephew (17month) had a sinus infection, was seen on a Friday and it was dismissed as allergies. As it got worse, they kept refusing to see him and dismissed my sister's calls for overconcerned parent. After a call the next Monday, Wednesday and multiple calls on Thursday, my nephew landed in the ER with a severe sinus infection that spread into pink eye and a 101.7 fever. All that could've been avoided with one more office visit and a prescription for an antibiotic. But negligence and dismissal from the office staff resulted in things becoming far worse.

I called 2 months ago to get my daughter checked for a uti, they refused to see her. I took her to the er and she had one of course. Mind you she is 4 years old. Then 3 weeks ago she has a cough we been fighting since the weather had changed. I got told q nurse would call me back and never heard anything from them so I took her to the er yet again. She is negative for covid and everything else. I called today and yet again they try to refuse her!!!! I don't think it's so much the Dr it's the nurse who had a real problem. What is the point of having a Dr if u can't come there when you need to!!! I am done with them.

She’s been seeing my 3 year old since she was a newborn and has always been wonderful. She is thorough with the appointments and explains everything in detail.

Be more sensitive to the information discussed in front of the child; some things are better discussed with the parent to avoid self esteem issues with the child.
