All good until the MD came in. Very unprofessional. Looked in my ears for about one second, sat down and proceeded to talk about politics and news. I made an appointment online so I did not have to wait at all. The staff were all very friendly, professional and caring. They were very thorough and found out I have pneumonia. I am feeling better now after being prescribed anti biotics. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is need of urgent care.

I couldn't get an appt with my primary for 2 weeks and I was really sick so I went to Physicians Immediate Care in Belvidere. I was very pleased with the care I received. Checked in, X-rays, and exam, and on my way home in about 90 minutes. Several hours less than if I'd gone to the ER! Definitely glad I went there.

The receptionist and nurse very nice. The Dr assistance very rude and didn't listen to my issues. Just wanted to rush me out. Need to get a Dr on there.

Arrived at 2:15pm on 9/28/22 for a pre-employment drug screening and hearing test. The lady at the front desk with long black hair and glasses and blue mask began entering my info and asked if I could just do it online. I said no and asked to do so on paper. She handed me a form and said fill this out. I did so at the desk and attempted to hand it to her. She got up and went on to count money for the money box in the drawer. Never looking towards me. The nicer Hispanic lady completed me registration. I completed registration at 2:29. At 3:55 pm I was called in to administer my tests. I completed the tests, passing both, and left. I was done at 4:08 pm. The rudeness of the first lady set a negative tone. The second lady that helped me register set me more at ease. The wait time at this location completely is the opposite of the name description of IMMEDIATE care. My hope is to never have to return there in the event of an injury as I'm certain that I would have to sit in pain for an unexcusable amount of time and suffer.
