Made an apt for Covid testing for my daughter online on December 30th. I showed up doors were locked with no lights on. I called the number and was routed to another office. The lady said she would help, no phone call back. I do not recommend this facility.

I needed a 15 min covid test. It was easy to register for an appointment on line, easy to find, and a quick in and out of the nice facility. I had my results before I was home.

Online appointment, fill out forms on line. Just arrive at get you Covid test right leave. Results are within 30 minutes or less.

Quick & easy, very clear instructions. Walk-ins simply need a smartphone, ID, and insurance. Took me right away, was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I feel like it needs to be said; Reviewers seem to be too harsh; the complaints seem exagerrated and seem to be blaming the wrong people. The healthcare field is under extreme duress, please be more understanding.

This place is awful. It’s a covid testing site which you register for in advance. When you arrive you check-in using your phone and it creates and waitlist, which is great. The problem is they don’t use the waitlist. I had an 8am appointment and was “first in line” on the waitlist. I assumed I would get a text letting me know it was time to come inside since it’s 17 degrees outside. That was not the case. A line formed outside in the freezing cold and that’s what was used. You also spend time standing in a vestibule where anyone leaving has to pass right by you. That’s absurd. I can’t speak to the quality of the staff because I left since I was concerned about my safety. This process needs to be improved for the safety of the patients. If you’re not going to use the waitlist don’t create one.
