Please do not waste your time with this clinic. the treatment the receptionist gave my mother was extremely unprofessional and grotesque. We got there early, tried to go in as soon as they supposedly opened and there was no one there. we even waited half an hour longer and no one ever showed up. they had the audacity to call and ask why we weren't there, we explained the situation, and they refused to take responsibility and act like they were there on time. they still want to bill the insurance even after it was their fault.

Definitely an experienced doctor and love his personal beliefs , he really interacts and gets involved and shows his level of care and compassion through his service

Dr.Alva is a nice man. I’m not saying he’s a bad doctor. But… It’s just that what he does unprofessionally is schedule multiple people at the same time. It’s always a 2-3 hour wait.

Horrible service! They schedule multiple people at the same time and the wait is over an hour and a half every single time. With convid there needs to be a change in practice. Their excuse is the doctor was at the hospital. Even if he was he isn't the only one with other appointments. They should have the decency to call and let us know ahead of time or at the time of check in.
