Not good I ended up in hospital for three days because he had no time to look at my blood work.I have a new Doctor.

Dr Harms and office staff do NOT put their customer service and medical obligation seriously forthright for their patients. Due to their lack of sending referrals to other physicians on time and within their standard guidelines and costing 92 year old patients money because the other physician office calls and harasses the patient for a twenty five dollar payment because of the general physician and staff lack of following thru on orders! Moving my grandma away from this poor service and lack of concern for elderly patients! Wouldn’t have this place take care of my son… and he is 3 year old pit bull!

My favorite office ever. Denise and Dr. Harms are the most understanding, kind, down-to-earth medical professionals I’ve ever met. I highly recommend this office for all who wish for great bed side manners.

I've been going to Family Physicians in Bethalto and seeing Denise Schleeper since 2015. I consider Denise my PCP and she's also my OBGYN. I cannot say enough good things about her; patient, kind, trustworthy and knowledgable.

Very friendly physician that takes the time to listen to your health concerns. My husband and I have referred several patients to him. If you are looking for a good Doctor in the Bethalto/Alton area that is connected to BJC Hospitals, we suggest Dr. Harms. Great staff in their new facility also.

How incompetent this office is. My loved one has some serious health issues and needs a primary before she can be seen by pain management. Bad enough she had to wait three months to be seen . Then three days before her Apointment the office tells her they dont take her insurance and wont see her. Is this the care you would want for your family? Just aweful!!!!
