Dr Richardson is just a general practitioner. I got the feeling she really doesn’t seem to generally care. I’ve been there numerous times always waiting for long periods of time just to be moved into another room only to wait another 25 30 minutes. The doctors should realize time is money for us as well. I don’t feel the need to spend all my time waiting especially when you get only 5 minutes of the doctors time, just enough time for her to write a prescription. I could never really get an open ear as she was busy typing notes in her computer. I am diabetic and suffer severe neuropathy. Never any response from her after numerous times trying to convey my pain. I feel she’s a nice lady but a very poor listener to my ailments.
