After one visit and nothing being done but getting charged around $1,500 we are asked to do the same appointment again 🙄. Unbelievable is there any regulatory body to control this? Short experience during visit with doctor was ok.

Not helpful at all. Calling in today to make an appointment. They can’t do it because I don’t know which hospital I am going to deliver my current embryo/future child 9 months after. The lady who picked up the phone told me nicely “just go do some research”. So I leave the judgement to whoever was like me looked through all the other poor reviews and still decided to call. Maybe you have better luck.

Since becoming part of DuPage medical group, they have become so disorganized. The experience with them is incredibly impersonal. The representatives in the phone are very rude. I will say the drs. are still incredible but most want to leave bc of all the changes.

Dr. Binnette is the best doctor I've ever had in 30+ years. While I agree that sometimes the front desk staff are less than friendly, what really matters more? The doctors or the clerical? This is you health - get the best doctor every time and be glad that there are still good doctors available. Everyone I've ever sent to Dr. Binnette has been more than happy with the care/expertise that he provides.

Dr. Thomas is amazing. The staff...meh. Waiting for an hour is excessive and there's no reason to be rude to patients. Even leaving a message for a nurse seems bothersome to office personnel. However, Dr. Thomas is highly recommended and is an excellent doctor and surgeon

The doctors are professional and helpful. The scheduling is so bad that you will need medical attention after waiting for 1 hour before each appointment. Every single appointment over 2 separate births had a waiting time of 30 - 120 minutes. We even call ahead to ask if there's a wait time and they say no.

I love this place! Dr. Thomas is amazing however they receptionists or whomever really needs to work out scheduling! You have to sit in the waiting room for an hour before you are seen'.. so annoying !

I love these doctors but they really need to figure out scheduling. Why do you sit in a room for an hour before seeing the doctor. It's soooo frustrating!

Ive seen Dr. Binette and I cant say anything bad about my experience. I think the Dr's. and office staff are very friendly and accomodating to your needs. Dr. Morrison delivered my son via c-section, my husband and I found him to be very informative and helpful when I was nervous or worried about my son. So you wait 10 minutes more sometimes but other people are there for appts you just have to consider the fact your not the only one they see all day, they are allowed to be late. I highly recommend them as your OB.
