Worst experience I’ve ever had I made an appointment for 6:45 PM I arrived at 6:30 called When I arrived the girl said she would call me back when a room is ready waited till 815 Pm Still no service with a empty doctors office asked How much longer it would be no answer from the girl I had to leave with no doctors visit

I have been going to Dr. O'Neill for approximately 17 years. Because I've moved a few times since I started going to her, I drive a distance to see her and often think that I should find a doctor closer to home, but I find myself continuing to see her because she is very caring, very thorough, and she takes the time to listen to what you are saying. I trust her immensely. She also tries to find ways to cure my ailments without simply handing me a Rx because she knows that's important to me.

Please read this!!! I wasn't feeling like myself and knew something was wrong Oct of 2017. I found Dr. O'Neil by looking online for a doctor near me because I had just relocated back from IA to IL with my employer. Well, Dr. O'Neil has been my doctor every since that time and I will drive no matter how far to allow her to continue being my primary care provider. I was in terrible shape! I've since lost 110lbs, no longer on diabetic medicine, cholesterol. I followed every single advice Dr. O'Neil has provided me over the years and I can honestly say my diabetes is no longer present, nor is my high blood pressure. Thank you so much Dr. O'Neil. She is truly a God sent.

Dr. O'Neil is very nice and caring. Many thanks to her kindness and professionalism. I greatly appreciate her. Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, it needs to change. When it is time for an appointment i hope not to deal w the staff. Wait time is a concern, hopefully it improves.

Dr. Oniel is an amazing doctor! Her staff is real nice, and my experience personally with her has for the most part been quite a good one.My only issue with this office is that you never get seen on time. They will call you and get you into the room right away, but for the doctor to come in and see you takes atleast an hour. So you’re not seen at the time of your scheduled appt. I have had to wait over an hour each time to be seen. I really wish they would coordinate this a little better.I work from home and make appts during times I have a break in between work and sometimes I have to reschedule my meetings if I’m running late .I love Dr. Oniel as my primary care doctor, but please coordinate your appts better and lessen the extremely long wait times.
