Reinaldo Sanchez's Online Review Report Card

I have had Dr. Sanchez as one of my providers for well over 6 years. I don't find him to be rude at all, but he is direct and I can see how that can be misread as rudeness. I have always found him to be very polite, and friendly, just not a big smiler. He has delivered two of my children via c-section and I have had no problem with my deliveries. The two issues I had (and with all the OBs at Duly) is that I was never told that subsequent cesareans were not necessary after the first cesarian delivery- I wish this had been discussed and VBAC given as an option. I also was not comfortable with the number of times birth control was thrown at me as what I was supposed to do after the birth of my 4th child. Having large families is not a bad thing and I was made to feel as though it was. Again, this was not an issue exclusively with Dr. Sanchez, all of the OBs at Duly do this. While I wasn't happy with the multiple offers for BC, I do appreciate that Dr. Sanchez took the time to explain why birth control was a good idea for me (age, preexisting medical issues, etc). In every practice there will be providers who don't meld well with the patient, Dr. Sanchez is a great physician, perhaps just not everyone's cup of tea. I will continue to receive care from him and recommend him.

I saw Dr. Reinaldo when I was in labor. I never saw him at the office however, at the hospital I didn't have a choice. I requested to get an ultrasound to see if the baby was head down so I was prepared for a c section, if needed. He seemed to put it off but then when I requested it twice, he came in the room, took the quickest ultrasound, said down and walked away. Each time he walked in, I noticed bedside manner is very poor.

Worst OBGYN I’ve ever had. Had to schedule an appointment last minute and he was the only one open. He is extremely rude and doesn’t care about your pregnancy.

EXTREMELY rude. He doesn’t care about what you have to say, only what he has to say. Not open to conversation and is not caring at all.

He was very attentive and listened to my concerns. He explained in detail what was causing my problem and helped make a plan for it. Very helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Sanchez for a number of years. He is always kind with his time in answering my questions and providing medical advice.

I saw him today for a prenatal visit and the visit didn't last longer than 5 minutes. I had a few questions for him and as he was answering my second question he reached for the door to end our visit and didn't even say bye. It was extremely rude. I hope I don't have to see him again.

Dr. Sanchez explained all options after an ultra sound exam he performed in office. The options were explained clearly as well as not making a split decision as far as a surgery to be performed. I would say that he does have good bedside manner and he is efficient with time management and clarity of communication.

After having a miscarriage he was extremely understand of my feelings and told me care instructions. He also gave me instructions for the future and verified everything than needed to be looked into ie. Blood tests, ultrasound, and emotional health. He also number one gave me postive feedback and a postive outlet of thinking about this situation. Was very personable and let me know this happens more often than you would think. I can see what others are saying about how he doesnt leave the room with much grace and very hasty however. If you know this before you go in it wont be that much of a shock.

Very poor bedside manner and lack of communication during an exam/procedure.
