Athletico Physical Therapy's Online Review Report Card

I cannot sing enough praises about the staff of the Athletico on Eastland in Bloomington. Never having any major surgery before, I was apprehensive about therapy after my knee was replaced, but was told that I'd be very fortunate if Dan Finn was my PT. I was not disappointed. Dan is so knowledgeable and compassionate, with a great sense of humor. I quickly realized I was in good hands. He leads a spectacular team, from all the therapists to the interns. All questions and concerns were answered and quality care quickly had me, and my new knee, headed in the right direction! Darlene Perkins, Patient Coordinator , was so helpful in scheduling and following up on insurance concerns. The entire team made this experience, if you have to go through any kind of physical therapy, not the least bit traumatic (except for the supine knee bends, a necessary evil!).

The staff are very knowledgeable and personal with my therapy I have a shoulder joint lock up and they have helped immensely! Thank you! Lester Park

Dan Finn was a great Therapist. Listened to me and then sat back did treatment with great explanations of how it will help.. Impressed with the ability of the staff to make my therapy session so designed for me!!

If I could give Athletico a rating higher than 5, I would. Michael, my therapist was the best. His most important skill was listening. He customized my therapy to my concerns and needs. I learned lessons from him that I will use the rest of my life. He was patient and kind. Yet, he didnt go easy on me. He made me feel like I was his most important client. Darlene, the receptionist was courteous and helpful. How nice to be greeted by a friendly face.

Athletico was highly recommended to me by my sister who is a PT (not @ Athletico). I had a great experience. Michael is very knowledgeable and personable. The rest of the staff is great too! Feeling much better, Thanks!

I recently had hip surgery and had to find a place to do physical therapy. Where I normally would have gone didn't have any available appointments for as soon as I was needing and honestly I'm so glad they didn't! This has been a rough surgery and I felt like I would never progress but Michael made me realize there was a light at the end of the tunnel! Michael has made this whole process so much easier and going through everything so much more comfortable. I'm glad I chose to utilize this facility as the entire staff have been great people!

I have never felt this valued as a patient. The guy here got me back playing church league softball in no time! Moreover, the young man here was able to relieve my young daughter's elbow pain. This clinic is great with kids and adults alike! Nothing but positive experiences for me and my kids. We have been to other places in town, but we like the Athletico in Bloomington the best!
