List of Curtis Hayden's Reviews
Great bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and caring. Only left because I moved.
It was great. He knows what he is talking about and he will really listen to what you say. I am a long time patient of his and will continue to be one. Thanks Dr. Hayden for all that you do!
Dr.Hayden definitely has his ears open to his patients. His team plays a great role in making the patient literally feel at home with getting all information passed along to the Dr. securely and immediately. He wants to hear from his patients concerning their issues and and help him get a better understanding. He in my eyes is definitely devoted to his patients and leaves one feeling more secure and confident about their matters.
Dr. Hayden listens carefully and explains what he is suggesting. Very professional and competent,
I have been Dr. Hayden's patient for 12 years - he is an excellent Dr. He takes time to listen, really cares and follows up. He has helped me through so much from my accident in 2005 to present. He is very intelligent and knows best practices and helps you through every step. I would highly recommend Dr. Hayden!
Dr. Hayden listens to his patients and finds the best course to take in finding a solution that fits for you and your family
I had multiple appointments with Dr. Hayden as he was one of the few available neurologists in the area and I did not like working with him at all. Not a very personable man (unless you enjoy arrogance) and usually offered very serious medications such a rohypnol, anti-epileptics, and stimulants that would directly impact my studies. Never did he mention the risk of dependence or how to properly ease off of these medications which could have caused very serious side effects. I spoke to several other patients that were also at my university and they had similar complaints as mine. I highly recommend finding another doctor.
I really liked this physician and practice. I had a reminder call two days prior, met the FRIENDLIEST receptionist upon check-in, and I did not wait very long to see the doctor. He spent a good amount of time with me, considered my feelings and fears before scheduling tests, etc., was reassuring but realistic. I also liked that he personally handed me off to staff to schedule my tests so I didn't get the annoying, 'So, what are we doing with you?' I am going back soon, but I am sure I'll have another good experience.
Dr. Hayden is an answered prayer! He treated me with more kindness, concern, and respect than any neurologist I have seen in Peoria. He shows such compassion for his patients. I would recommend Dr. Hayden and his staff to anyone with neurological conditions. 2 thumbs way way up!
I have been a patient of Dr. Hayden for 8 yrs plus. He has helped me and is very caring. He has never rushed in and out ever. He is caring, always is verys supportive, spends the time with me to go through all my concerns, takes the time to thoroughly go over my concerns and what he feels is the best care plan for me and change or keep that is working the best. Before I went to McLean Co. Neurology I heard great things about Dr. Hayden, and I am very happy there. Dr. Hayden's nurse, Barbie is outstanding too! The first 3 years, there were some serious problems at the front desk area and you could feel the tension from the minute you walked in. When you called, the girls were rude and angry. One of the dr's left and I called to that office and spoke to the office manager there. She said they were having a problem. I needed to let the office manage know. I did, and the next time I went there. The same staff, but they were happier, the entire office was smiling and it is great now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
