Illinois Anesthesia | Mobile & Dental Anesthesiologist Services's Online Review Report Card

I was very worried for my young sons dental procedure but they did amazing for my son. They were there and ready for us when we got there. They let my son play while we checked in and they listened to his chest. Got him set up in the chair and talked him through, age appropriately, what they were doing. They kept him calm and safe throughout, and as soon as he stirred even the slightest they came and got us so we could be right there when he woke up. I can't thank them enough for taking such amazing care of my son. They even checked in with us that evening to make sure he was still doing okay. I'd say they went above and beyond.

If I could give less than a star I would. Paid and scheduled my son for surgery next week. They then had IL Anesthesia contact us to pay them also and sign paperwork. Shannon who was the customer representative that I spoke to, stated that we had a past due previous balance. Upon speaking with the phone line cutting in and out and a baby crying in the background, Shannon become VERY rude, and when I calmly asked her to lose her tone with me she got more rude. All I had asked for was my previous bill to view before paying any balance. When she continued her tone with me, I asked for her higher up and she stated that she is the highest up. She did state that there is a Mike who is "higher" up in rank but that his contact email and phone are not to be given out. 10/10 do not recommend using their services as their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have asked for a copy of the previous bill and she has yet to deliver it. Honestly worried about the baby I could hear in the background of her call if she has this tone of anger with customers who she doesn't even know (and I was very gentle and calm at that). I do not believe I have ever received service as horrible as I did today.

I cannot say enough about this organization. They worked together with our dental office and oral surgeon office to get our special needs son in for dental work. Andy, the anesthesiologist was so caring as he worked with our son. Shannon at the office was always available to arrange what was needed for our insurance information. Thank you for your compassionate care!

Horrible customer service. We were required to pay a large amount out of pocket prior to the surgery even though we had great insurance. We are still waiting on a reimbursement 4 months later. Highly recomend going elsewhere - when you have to request a refund multiple times it seems like a shady organization.

I can never make payments because no one ever answers the phone.

We were surprised to see that Praful and his Mobile Anesthesia Business had not received a google review yet. A very close family friend of our management staff was suffering from traumatic illness, and Illinois Mobile Anesthesia in Bloomington was the most reliable and caring source we had found.
