The staff at Gailey Eye clinic in normal are fantastic. I don’t feel rushed. I feel well taken care of. They have quality eye products. I moved a hour away from normal. It’s worth going there so I don’t mind the drive.

From the time I walk in until the time I walk out I feel as if I am treated in a respectful and professional manner. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I feel as if my doctor, Dr. Sobin (sp?) is outstanding and always takes the time to answer any and all of my questions. The person who did all of my testing (I think it was Amber. Long dark hair and a great attitude) was very thorough and seemed to care a great deal about her job. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Always a nice relaxing atmosphere, the staff take their time to make sure you get the optimal care for your eye exam. I am always confident that I will get the best care when I come in for my eye exam and I leave satisfied every time! Thank you!

After more than a decade as a loyal customers, their billing department refused to accept responsibility for the mistakes they made after a recent visit, and remove charges of less than $250. They lied to our family when scheduling the appointment, failed to use the correct treatment code, then lied when I called, informing me it was not an insurance issue and that they would resubmit. By the time they figured out their mistakes it was too late (outside 90 days) for me to appeal the decision with insurance. Now they are refusing to accept any responsibility and remove the charges. The billing department is rude and incompetent. They lost a family of eight as loyal customers today. Would not recommend.
