been to this dr many times along with my whole family but moved away for about 3 years and when i came back wanting to get an apt they referred to me as a new client even though my mom was gone the same amount of time and they took her back. the front desk and chat were both rude and would not take my info to even try and make me a appt to get back in.

Dr is arrogant. Dr doesn’t listen. Dr doesn’t pay attention to test results. Dr is elitist. Dr is not knowledgeable on basic general medicine. Dr and her nurse are rude, and disrespectful towards elderly patients. My mom was a patient of hers and I saw all of these horrible things this Dr does. She acts as though the patient is not worthy of her. Well, it’s not the patient who is not worthy it is this Dr who has no business being a Dr and her nurse is a mess.

I had been experiencing changes in my hypothyroid symptoms, and was referred to Lilla by a friend. The entire appointment felt rushed, she didn’t ask any questions specific to my observations, and she prescribed me a sleep test. Which, though expensive, would normally have been fine, but I met up with my friend shortly after (who to my knowledge has completely different medical needs), and found out she was prescribed a sleep test as well (wth). One of the most shady, frustrating, and unreliable appointments I’ve ever had. Never going back, and I would never recommend her to anybody.

I've been with Dr. Berck for many years and found her fine for wellness care. I find that I need more than a doctor who accepts, 'everything seems fine.' I need a doctor who will really listen to me and talk about options. She is not advisory at all, and I need that. Then, when I became very ill, I was referred to a surgeon based on reputation. Dr Berck did not consider a good fit for me. This surgeon caused me to have to have an additional surgery because she also failed to listen to me. Nice person; not a good fit for my needs.

Dr. Berck was the physician for my parents in their declining years and is my physician. Our care has always been excellent and I trust her completely to do the right thing for my health and well-being.

Have to go to another doctor for antibiotics because D Berck said I had a virus not sinus infection. Won't go back to her. The medication cleared my problem in four days.

I've been a patient of Dr. Berck for quite a few years and hadn't had a need to see her much until I had a very traumatic life experience 6 years ago. Dr. Berck has been nothing but kind, patient, and caring. I never feel rushed and am asked more than once during my visits if I have any other questions for her. She acts like she has all the time in the world just for me. Rarely do I have to wait more than a few minutes to see her, but if there is a small wait time, she is very apologetic. I highly recommend Dr. Berck.

Dr Berck really wants to help take care of your medical problem. She has outstanding people skills. Every appointment she asks if there is anything else. I have never felt like she has rushed me. Now my son and two of my daughters go to see her too. They are all adults and have and also have had good experiences with Dr Berck.

I think Dr. Berck is the most courteous, professional doctor I have ever had the pleasure to know. I will be a life long patient!

I have been a patient of Dr. Berk's for years. She always has time to listen to you. Her office is well run and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone.
