I went to her as a new patient; I had a cyst I wanted removed. I felt like she didn't have time or wanted to listen to me when I tried to tell her it was painful. When I said I wanted it removed she said I'd just be trading one bump for a scar bump, but agreed to set an appointment to remove it. I was so disgusted a few days later thinking of how she treated me that I cancelled my appointment. I'll find someone who cares and will listen without the condescension.

At my last appointment, Dr. Wisdom made me feel at ease about a spot on my neck that I feared was cancer. She was very thorough with her examination and my tests came back normal. I’m so thankful for the time she took with me and always having a great bedside manner. I recommend her to everyone I know! She is wonderful!!!

I showed up 10 minutes early. I walked up to the office and read the notes to call a number. I called the number and waited in the car in the parking lot as instructed. I never had any communication at all such as "thank you for being on time, we are running a bit behind please wait for a call". I received nothing. I was just suppose to sit in my car in a parking lot. After 23 minutes of no communication, it was apparent to me that they do not treat their patients like people and communicate with them. I had enough and left. I'm now inquiring with my doctor for another dermatologist and will inform all that I can about my negative experience.

First and foremost Dr. wisdom is awesome. Her practitioners that she has had have had mediocre bed side manners. My experience is that they have been very shameful.

Went with a rash. She just said it was a rash. She suggested 2 spots that had never changed be biopsied and ignored 2 that had changed. Different dermatologist in same office also biopsied the ones I was concerned about and removed them. She did not listen well.
