Sven Klauss's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Klauss and his nurse always find time to see me when I need them. I really appreciate that both of them are willing to answer questions for me and to follow up on treatment.

He treated my husband for several years . My husband went in to see him for fatigue and a lymph node that had popped up on the side of his neck. He told him it was scar tissue from his prior surgery. He had no follow up and apparently no exam as he had oral cancer. By the time it was diagnosed by a specialist it was too late for him. If he had examined his oral pharynx he would have diagnosed it. After he was diagnosed my husband told me he had commented prior that he had an enlarged tonsil that looked odd. Prior he had a complicated issue that required surgery and at that time was given Ibuprofen and told to go home. I would never encourage anyone to use Dr. Klauss as a provider. His lack of caring and providing an examination and follow up cost my husband his life. The pain it has caused our family is unreal.

He's taken horrible care of my 78 year old mother. Arrogant attitude, brushes off patient concerns, isn't acting like a primary care physician or even a decent, compassionate human being. Doesn't address actual issues. Absolutely worthless. Appears to be a doctor for all the wrong reasons. If he's not concerned with helping people feel better, he shouldn't be a doctor. Two thumbs down.

Really takes time to discuss labs and changes we are have as we get older.

Dr. Klauss is kind of new for my husband and has been very attentive, listens well, and his staff is very good.

I have gone to this doctor for 10 years. This doctor needs to learn to have compassion, understanding, and empathy for his all of his patients not for a few. I finally, left and found a PC doctor with all of these qualities. At every annual checkup with this doctor I never knew what to expect. He has been verbally abusive, always condensing, and never supportive. I strive to achieve good health, but with no support from this doctor. The other one star reviews appear to share similar treatment as me from this doctor. But, he is a narcissist !

Dr. Klauss is very prompt in time. Hardly ever get late. Keep your questions ready and he will have the answers ready. He is very thorough for physical exam. I have been his patients for over 10 years. His Nurse Joan is excellent nurse and communicates in timely manner. I will rate them 5 * Mahendra

As my personal physician for more than 10 years Dr. Klauss continually put his ego above patient care. I believed he had my best interests but as other specialists physicians began to question his treatment plan for me his ego erupted again to the point I have lost all confidence in his ability to care for patients. Poor listener, compares patient health to his own personal health and uses this to dismiss the patients concerns. Major privacy concerns, can hear patients in other exam rooms.

Even poorer note taker, as discussions of serious medical conditions, treatment, medication history, have not been reported in any medical documentation. Patients privacy I also concerning at this office as you can hear every single conversation from nearby examination rooms. Can't wait to find a physician who is an advocate for the patient, and put the egotistical physician behind me.

He’s an amazing doctor who really cares about the person as a whole. He’s very good at what he does and I would recommend him any day !
