List of Willard S. Noyes Md's Reviews
Greets, with a smile and hand shake. He explains very well he, spends decent amount of time with you. Makes plan to get you back to being your self.
Dr. Noyes is an awesome doctor, but his staff that answers the phone is very rude when you have questions. I referred a friend to him because he did fantastic on my sinuplasty. My friend got treated like a doormat when she called with questions. The person that answered the phone was very short and snippy with her. I would suggest replacing employees like that, obviously they’re not serious about their job. Dr. Noyes lost a potential patient due her rudeness.
I had to have some major throat surgery in december 2018. Dr noyes did an amazing job during the surgery. He made it to where i had a pretty smooth recovery. I did have a couple post surgery issues but they were very good about getting me in for an emergency appointment to get the issues taken care of. He and his staff are all so caring. From my first appointment to now they have been nothing more than amazing. I will definitely continue to recommend him and will continue to use him as my surgeon.
As a patient of Dr Noyes for 20+ years, I wouldn't trust any other ENT specialists. He is amazing with adults and children. I highly recommend him!
I couldn't have had a better doctor when I found out I had thyroid cancer.
staff is rude
Operated on my husband. Then days later left the practice. Husbands symptoms were worse plus new ones developed as well. Once we finally tracked him down, he told us to just wait and let it heal. We opted for 2 more opinions, both of which said a revision needed to be done. At no point did Dr noyes own the failure of procedure or offer to make it right. Follow up care provided at advocate after noyes left was a joke as well. My husband had major sinus surgery and not a single ENT doc looked at him for 4 months and that was only bc we pushed for it. Will not recommend Dr noyes or advocate ENT for anything.
Dr Noyes removed my tonsils, uvula, and some of my soft tissue on December 6, 2018. When in the office, I explained my fear of having the surgery as I am a singer and have been for many years now. He was very understanding and told me not to worry and that there were no risks to my voice. After surgery, his staff were amazing at helping me with some post-op issues I had. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Will definitely be seeing him for any future needs.
5 Star Visit 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 First trip to a Ear,Nose & Throat Specialist was with DR Noyes 1/29/2018 He answered all my Questions in a very professional manner, didn't waste any time & Was very Respectful! 💯 Dr Noyes Listened and Responded Like you'd hope your doctor would 😀 See you in 6 Months ~🖐
This doctor's office cannot tell you what the fee will be or an in-office consultation will be. Most of the time, consultations are free but not this office. Not only can they tell you what it will cost to have a ten minute consult with the doctor but then you get a bill in the mail for $300.00. I don't think that is right. I think they should be able to let you know upfront how much the office visit will cost before you schedule an appointment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
