I have tried making an appointment here three times each time they said I have to go to another doctor and get a referral they will not let you see any of their doctors at their clinic or make an appointment. Why the hell does this place even exist if you won't let people make an appointment with you and they tell you you have to go somewhere else? Just shut down already you are not doing anything for this community

I have been trying to get an appointment. I got the referral then I faxed it to them. I didn’t get a response so I decided to call. OMG . I was transferred to referral and literally got offended. I was on hold over fourty-five minutes. This is really sad. We are blaming everything on the pandemic. Even why we are not answering the phone. I am heartbroken.

I can never get a person to pick up the phone. They need to close this place down. And there no place to park.

Terrible customer service. The front office that handles appointments was very abrupt over the phone about how my insurance works even though I explained to them exactly what my insurance wanted from me over the phone. They couldn't care less and will not respond to any reason.

I would not recommend going here. I had a EMG test done in April of this year because of muscle twitching and here it is October and I still don't have my results from it. I informed the neurologist who order the test about a month after I took it and he said he didn't have the results and will look into it and let me know. He never got back with me. I sent him a message a few weeks afterwards to find out what happened and received no response from him till this day ! I notified my primary doctor of everything and she said she'll send the neurologist a message and I still haven't heard anything back and i still have the twitching. A person should not have to wait 6 months and can't get an answer about a exam they took. Oh and these women that do the blood test are terrible. They have attitudes and talk to you like you're a 5 year old. Same problem I had in Oak forest facility when taking a blood test. They need to be trained in proper customer service because they have poor people skills.
