I came in and took a drug test for pre-employment on 3/6/25 and today is a week later and I still don't have my results because you guys fell to send over the chain of command letter and the affidavit after I talk to management he said that he would take care of it three days ago still haven't been done you guys want to be ashamed of yourself poor customer service you guys haven't worse still don't have results for drug test that's up today that's a crying shame you guys suck

Went into a Concentra near me located at 1925 140th Ave. NE Bellevue, WA 98005-2303 just before closing with the largest splinter I've ever received embedded deep into my pinky finger, and of course, well beyond my skills to remove. it's to my shame I don't recall the names of the Dr, ("Wheels") and the assistant but they worked well together in getting the chunk of wood extracted out of my finger. Their bedside manner was personable and professional and it seemed to me that they truly enjoyed helping people. Thank you to the entire staff for making such rescues possible and I'll assume, whenever I drive by that facility in the future, that they're in the act of giving the same relief to someone else in need. Don’t waster your time here, if your concern is not work related or don’t have to get vaccines for a pre employment screening they don’t care about you. I walked in explained what I was concerned and she the front desk staff just said they don’t have time.

Concentra had great customer service at this location. The wait time was about 40 minutes. However, I didn't mind waiting because the staff was helpful and kind.

The Staff was courteous, professional, and expedient. I went to two other places beforehand that couldn’t meet my needs. if you’re looking for a hassle, free drug test that can provide you with immediate documentation in your own hands. This is the place for you. I would like to give my personal thanks to the entire staff. Again I highly recommend Concentra for your drug testing needs.
