Fractured my ankle and was told at check in that I had to pay $500 up front to be seen because I didn’t have insurance... Last time was only $100 down… Anyways I guess $500 is more important than helping a patient limping around! #PRIORITIES

Checking in when arrived at the medical facility was awlful even after taking out time to do the pre- check 2 or 3 days prior.

My MRI appointment was changed three times, then Mercedes couldn’t find my appointment, then she said your appointment is 2:15pm, you must wait, then I said my vm states my appointment was changed to 1:15pm, then I watched and took videos of how she greeted other w, not friendly, first impression is a lasting impression!! My recommendations, please please go somewhere else!!!’ Don’t waste your time, money, insurance and gas going to 130 North Weber in Bolingbrook IL, I immediately placed a call to upper management, more details on Monday, 4/11/2022 Awaiting to speak Manager Kelly Litterst, and Tom Nepotini, head of MRI!!!I went to the registration and spoke with Rachel, who’s totally clueless, I asked her the SAME question three times and she NEVER responded back correctly!!!!I’ve bee waiting since 12:26pm, the time now is 1:54pm, cst!!! Totally unbelievable and unacceptable 💯

Very pleasant considering the circumstances. Jonathan Edwards put me at ease he was so kind and treated me like a human being. The nurses all of them were calming , efficient and just absolutely the kindest individuals. I don’t remember their names but your hospital is very lucky to have them .

I love how the staff work to make people feel better doctor are so nice and kind never been in this place before I thought they going to be like other quit cares but this one better than 5 stars hospital definitely recommend it excellent personal

My son wasn't feeling well and I told him to head over to the Immediate Care in Bolingbrook. He was seen and taken care of by caring people. He started to feel better days after. Thank you
