He's not a bad guy and wants to help. Doesn't beat around the bush and tells you like it is, but also is one of those doctors that just blames real issues on anxiety.

Nice guy but WAY OVERPRICED compared to NORTH SHORE TRAVEL CENTER GLENVIEW or PASSPORT HEALTH HINSDALE! Dr. M cost us about $600 EXTRA compared to the other 2 locations listed. Didn't do my homework thoroughly enough; lesson learned!

Because Dr. Muzykansky had my family member on the wrong medications she went to the emergency room twice in a year. Switched to a new doctor who changed her medications and she's doing much better. I'm sure he's nice to chat with but it's dangerous to see a doctor who isn't paying attention and doesn't choose the right medications.

Arrogant. Does not listen to his patient. Judgemental. Actually started watering his office plants while I was explaining some cardiac symptoms to him. Big ego, schedules late appointments and then has office staff call you to come in early. This makes me have to leave work early and rush.

Doctor Gene is an awesome doc! He has been my doc for almost 10 years. He takes his time and listens. I have alot of issues, lol, and he kept me stable and cared for and he and his staff are the best. Always get me in as fast as possible. I've realized this with some new doctors i have had too see lately that are just horrible, that they don't come better than the team here. Anna, sandra and brenda are the best and always on top of everything. He has so many patients but you never feel rushed or like he is trying to get out the door. Thanks

I found him to be sardonic , rude and incompetent. He was making reference to me having a " drug problem" by some idotic assumptions based entirely off my dress & grooming- this being a alice and wonderland watch my boyfriend had custom made for me as anniversary gift. He tried to save himself after he insulted me by saying he seen a "mushroom". He also was distant and that cold callous beside manner was horrific. I was pouring myself out explaining I was in need of a new doctor- as my father had survived stage 3 cancer and I myself has little to no time to find a new doctor. He seemed ill effected and was cold and only attacked my character and person. This man is hostile - rude and grossly misinformed. He attempted to place me on a anti seizure med which my own nero doc has fought to keep me off. He also attacked the credibility of my long standing doctor. I sensed a MASSIVE EGO , and serious narsissitc traits in that man and how he handles his business. When I explained his behavior to staff she claims not one report against him in 11 years. Hmm. His reviews cry out for another picture. Avoid this man - I sense something is amiss here!

Extremely rude - seems like he takes in your entire person. He has no idea what on earth he is actually talking about. Is harsh and judgmental ,assumes you've a drug issues on clothing. I was greatly offended!! He makes snide and sardonic comments aimed at you. He is cold and monotone etc. He mentioned anti-seizure medication when clearly he is not a neurologist also not mentioning the varied side effects, the man is greatly misinformed. I came looking for a physician and physical. Not a nero and more meds etc.

Every time I come to a doctors appointment with Dr. Eugene Muzykansky I have to check in with “Karen” the front desk receptionist. Karen is rude quick to judge and like other reviews stated she does talk down on you making you feel like You did something wrong. Dr. Eugene is great! Something needs to be done about this lady Karen she is not a good look for his career. You’ll know who Karen is once you enter the office trust Me!! I will be going back to Dr. Dalawari.

Dr.Muzykansky is one of the best doctors I’ve met so far. Very genuine, kind and patient. I’ve been taking my elderly mother to him for few years now. He always take time answering her question. Despite to the fact that he is busy with other patients he always listens and gives some advices and suggestions. Office staff is super friendly and helpful!
