I would give her negative 5 stars if I could. 1. She botched an outpatient procedure of mine and results were inconclusive. She wanted to do it again however I said no. 1st procedure cost me my 1000 deductible and of course insurance will not pay for same thing twice regardless if it’s Doctor’s fault. 2. Canceled on my daughter 5 times... each the day of the appointment. My daughter took off work all 5 times . Most times it was because the doctor didn’t bother to show up. The last time being because she would not have time for a follow up appointment the following week because her practice is closing. Is there any wonder why?!? Worst experience ever with OBGYN. Even her staff is fed up with her.

dr malone is a very pleasant person, has a great bedside manor. she is on top of everything if something is wrong. i recommend her to anyone.

For my first baby I was sent to Ladies First and I was not impressed. For my first baby I wish I had gone to a better OB?GYN. They ended up giving me a c-section which I'm pretty sure I did not need (it was not an emergency) They were just tired of how long I was in labor, which was almost 25hours. Dr. Malone was nice, she's just not very personal and I think she just likes to rush her pt's in and out as fast as she can. Also when I went to get an IUD her nurse dropped it on the floor and I had to wait 5 more weeks for them to order a new one. I've just been very stressed out being her pt
