Dr. Majnu Akhand is one of the best doctor in the town. She is very concerned towards her patients. My daughter has food allergies due to which I have to be very particular about her food. I can reach out to Dr, Akand 24/7, even on weekends when I call her, she will always answer the call and will always be concerned. My entire family kids from my brother to sister to in laws everyone goes to Dr. Akhand. There is no Dr like her. She is very respectful and very concerned and goes above and beyond to meet her patient expectations. Love her so much ❤️

The front desk girl is extremely rude. The doctor is awesome and always ready to help. She is rude to parents . I had my child visit and waiting for a copy of record and she just yelled at me. She also disrespected another mom whiles I was waiting . Cory is very nice and works at the Berwyn office

The dedication this doctor has to her patients is unmatched. She is very thorough and informative towards her patients and their parents. Dr. Akhand is very flexible with her hours and accommodating towards parents schedules which is highly appreciated. I was thankful that we had access to her 24/7 day or night, which is difficult to find in a pediatrician. Her empathetic demeanor allowed us to feel very welcome.

I had this doctor growing up most of my life and my sibling now has this doctor. Every single time we would go when I was sick, she would provide little to no insight on what the problem was and insisted it was a virus every time and told us to take acetaminophen. She has little to no further explanation and there is no need to come to the doctor if they are going to tell you what you already know. Also, you have to wait in the waiting room 1-2 hours before she tells you this information. Not only that, my symptoms were either due to a virus or my weight. My back pain? Due to my weight. Turns out, I actually have a back problem that is from birth that I found out later. Beware if your child is overweight. As a matter of fact, DO NOT bring them at all here. She is not at all friendly with overweight people and it is better to go to another doctor to receive actual medical advice on the matter rather than belittling them and making them cry. Yes, cry. Love, a former patient.

She is an amazing doctor. She explains everything and spend enough time with kids and their parents. If any emergency situation, no matter day or night,24 hours she is available. I feels like, she take caring kids like her own kids. My kids are safe on her hands.
