I have had the worst experience from the start. I have been hung up on when asked to speak to a supervisor! I have been requesting my daughters physical form for weeks and keep getting the run around and no call back . I’ve waited over a week for a prescription or response as I was pregnant as well . They do NOT care about anyone !!!! Don’t go here !!!!!

I’m baffled and at a loss for words for the service that I received. I was in the ER last weekend due to abnormal bleeding. I had to get 2 blood transfusions. The OBGYN informed me to follow up this upcoming week. She did not inform me that the soonest appointment she would have would be 2 weeks later…. I find that out from the front desk. I have called 1 week ago, only for the receptionist to tell me that they have no record of my name in the system. That’s not the worst. I had an appointment on a Thursday, I show up and I’m told that there is no appointment available, and that the doctor I was supposed to see is not in the office. I showed them the texts and proof, only for the receptionist to say: oh, I’m so sorry about that. Absolutely infuriating and unacceptable!! Please don’t waste your time coming here.

I come here for Dr. Ragland for Obgyn. He's very nice and the waits aren't long. I know others in the waiting room are there for other doctors, but for pregnancy with Dr. Ragland, the wait in the waiting room goes by quick.

I went for a appointment and they where going to a blood test and they where trying to find my vane and on one arm I am all purple that was the worst experience ever

Never coming back here. I came 2 weeks ago for an appointment for my son. Waited a whole hour after my appointment start time to be seen. That isn't even the worse part. I left my wallet in the office and got a phone call letting me know it would be there for me to pick up. When I sent my fiance to get it NO ONE magically knew what he was talking about. It was a coach wallet I got for Christmas with money in it and all my IDs and they magically misplaced it? Someone there is a thief! I have been calling almost every day to speak to a supervisor and nothing. No call backs. I would never trust my health with these people.

They told me that I had appointment 12 15 pm and I got there late and I told I got lost and I was here from Miami... I also told her that they told my appointment was at 1245 and they refused to see me ... What made it worse there was nobody in the waiting room .. I paid to tale lyft there and thank GOD THE DRIVER WAS STILL THERE AND TOOK ME HOME ...

Whenever you I am seen by a provider and and need a referral they say that I will get a call back but I never do. When I was seen by the doctor for my physical I felt rushed and that she dismissed most of my symptoms.

Horrible experience! I’ve been to Vna before with no bad experiences but this one is just ridiculous my Husband had pain in the left side of his face and they just recommend to take Tylenol🤦🏽♀️ when we paid for the visit!! so unprofessional using their phone light to check his eyes
